2. Use of Services
SimpleDub provides AI-powered video dubbing and translation services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you upload and process through our platform.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original content. By using our services, you grant SimpleDub a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services. SimpleDub's technology, branding, and platform remain our exclusive property.
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
SimpleDub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
